The progress of composite technology leads to VPI owing to Alan Harper Composites( AHC :Alan Harper Composites Ltd) has studied on solutions for Reusable Vacuum Bags (RVBs) since 2010.

VPI ™ stands for Vacuum Pressure Infusion/Injection and represents the lowest cost entry into closed mould composite parts manufacture. Using RVBs, the accurate measurement of .resin is poured into the mould cavity between the face mould and RVB. Then vacuum is solely needed, and safely but rapidly fill the resin to the cavity extremities to impregnate, consequently extremely low wastage.

Unique and innovative method far beyond other commercial competitors’ technology for similar molding methods (Hand lay-up, spray-up, VaRTM, infusion).
